untrack tests/harness/build (compiled golden harness artifacts)
The .gitignore pattern 'harness/build' was anchored to the repo root and
did not match tests/harness/build, so the compiled C++ harness binaries
leaked into the tree and the source tarball. Fix the pattern and untrack
them (they are regenerated by tests/gen_golden.sh).
